Can we have the same candidate ongoing?

Wherever possible we will endeavour to supply you the same person for as long as you need them. Like every business though our staff do take holidays, however we will take this into account before submitting a candidate to you so we can avoid having to find a substitute.

What is the hourly rate?

Our rates of pay vary from client to client. Also if you are working over a weekend there is an uplift in the hourly rate for these days compared to what you would receive during the week.

All rates will be agreed with you before you start on any contract.

How do you manage working time?

Each of our candidates are issued with a working time report form which we require them to complete for each day they work and then submit this to us no later than a Monday morning signed. We then upload this information to our electronic spreadsheet which calculates everything from their working time to the rest times taken. It will calculate the driving time and also the POA where applicable.

This enables us to manage the situation effectively and ensure that all candidates are fully compliant to current working time guidelines.

What documents do I need to bring with me when I register?

Do you hold business Insurance?

We strive to be the best at what we do and part of that is the protection of all parties concerned. We therefore make sure that we carry all the relevant insurances required for our industry. You can view our insurances documents on the clients page of our website.

I’m looking for forklift training, can you help?

We team up with a local training company who will in return offer our candidates competitive rates for all kinds of training. Whether you’re looking to obtain a forklift Licence, take HGV training or simply learn about First Aid the list is endless.

What happens if a driver you supply causes any damage?

Any driver that we may send you will have been carefully vetted by ourselves and their background checked. They will also be covered by our own driver negligence insurance. So in the unlikely event that they cause any damage to your vehicles we will claim for reasonable costs of repair from our insurers.

When will I be paid?

All wages are paid directly into your bank by 5pm on a Friday of each week.
