After many years working for larger recruitment companies Jason spotted several flaws in the current standard of recruitment such as the lack of a personal touch or candidates not being fully briefed before being sent to assignment. He then set up his own agency supplying drivers to all manner of blue chip companies.
Tracey has been in customer care most of her working life with 9 years’ experience in the transport industry as a customer care manager. Part of her job was to co-ordinate back loads for clients along with arranging the transport and temporary staff to cover them.
She has dealt with agencies from a customer perspective and grew despondent with having to speak to a different voice each time she called and also poor quality of service and candidates. Tracey knows the value of communication within the transport industry and this is one of the elements that Pole Position Personnel prides itself on.
Di became a member of the team at Pole Position Personnel on 17th June 2013 to assist in Business Development and Operations.
She brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the industry after leaving behind another recruitment agency where she worked
for almost 10 years dealing with registration of candidates, compliance, audits, payroll etc.
She has had a diverse work background over the years all of which help when recruiting the right candidate for our clients, bringing her experience in building, toy wholesale, engineering, Co-Pack production, the hosiery industry and account management before joining the ranks in the recruitment industry where she says there is never a dull moment to be had!
